Spring is in Sight!
That is one good thing about this world…There are always sure to be more springs.

Security Issues At The Club
Spring has arrived! The Club will be alive with members enjoying the facilities so it is critical that we all remain vigilant. Keep your valuables safe and always report any strange or suspicious behavior to the Club office. DO NOT approach or confront anyone, rather immediately inform the staff person on duty.
Never leave anything of value or anything that could be construed as valuable, visible through your vehicle windows when parking in the Club’s parking lot! If leaving valuables in your trunk do so before you arrive at the Club. Opportunists could be watching you!
It is sad but true that under the cover of being alone in the locker rooms a locked locker can be opened in a matter of seconds. Use the locked storage in the downstairs hall for car keys, cell phones, wallets, and anything of value. DO NOT LOCK VALUABLES IN LOCKER ROOM LOCKERS!
Mask Requirements
Fully vaccinated Club members and guests are not required to wear a mask inside or outside club facilities. If you are not fully vaccinated a mask is required inside the Club.
You must present your vaccination card to a staff member in the Club office.
Club Rules
The Club, over the years, has developed a set of well-thought-out Rules and Regulations. These Rules and Regulations are in place to assure peace and harmony amongst all members and their guests as they use and share the Club facilities. Discord and conflict occur when the rules are not followed.
Each member has agreed, upon joining the Club, to abide by the rules of the Club.
Please cooperate with Club employees as they enforce the rules. They are not trying to be petty or trivial; they are keeping order so the Club may be enjoyed by all. Copies of the Rules and Regulations are available in the Club office.
T’AI CHI CHIH
INTENTION, ATTENTION, PRACTICE— These are the keys to getting the most reward from any meditative practice, such as T’ai Chi Chih. First, set your intention— what you intend to receive from your practice; second, keep your attention, or awareness on what is happening in your body, mind, and emotions during your practice; and third, maintain a regular practice.
To learn more about this, please visit our T’ai Chi Chih class on Friday mornings at 9:00 AM. For more information, please call Nina Gibson at 510-525-6116. $10 per class or $40 per month.
Learn to release stress and find inner peace.
Guest Passes
All guest passes purchased in 2021 expired on December 31, 2021. New guest passes may now be purchased for 2022. $80 for twelve passes, with a maximum of 36 passes a year.
Two Minute Showers!
We need your help in conserving water at the Club. TWO MINUTE SHOWERS— this can be done by wetting down, turning off the water, lathering up, and then rinsing off. Your cooperation is appreciated! If any abuses are observed the management would like to know immediately.
No Dogs on Club Property
A friendly reminder that Club rules state pets (animals) of any kind are not allowed on Club property. Your cooperation is expected.
Cell Phone Etiquette
Incessant cell phone talking inside the Club House has become a major problem for those seeking a peaceful and serene setting. As a result, we ask that if you need to make or receive a call, that you take it outside. Thank you for your cooperation.
Sauna Abuse
Drying clothing and towels in the sauna is prohibited! It is a fire danger as well as disrespectful and rude to members using the sauna. Please make sure you securely close the sauna door when entering and exiting. Your cooperation is crucial.
Tennis Balls
Please be advised that due to increasing costs, tennis balls purchased from the Club will be $5 per can beginning April 1st, 2022.
