( a proprietary member)
Automatically available without initiation fee to any resident of Hiller Highlands if membership is activated within three months (90 days) of escrow closing on a Hiller Highlands townhouse. Subsequent to the three-month grace period membership is available with an initiation fee ($2,500).
( a nonproprietary member)
Available in two-year terms with a current initiation fee of $1,500 for the two-year term. After the initial two-year term renewal fee is $800 for 1 year or $1,000 for two years.
Our membership pricing.
• A single person - $205 per month
• Two persons in one household - $231 per month
• Family membership of three or four persons in one household - $258 per month
• Additional household members - $25 per month each
• Guest fees for sports and exercise facilities- $12 each on weekdays and $15 each on weekends and holidays; Guest passes- three per year- 12 for $125
• House Guests - $25 for seven (7) days.
