Mask Mandate
Please be advised that Alameda County Health Department has issued a mask mandate that took effect Tuesday, August 2, 2021. The mandate states that every resident MUST wear a face mask indoors in public settings, regardless of vaccination status. This requires all members and their guests to wear a face mask when entering the Club. Masks are required for all indoor areas of the Club. Masks for outdoor activities are not necessary. Your cooperation is required and expected.
Club Security
Indian Summer has arrived!! The Club will be alive with members enjoying the facilities so it is critical that we all remain vigilant. Keep your valuables safe and always report any strange or suspicious behavior to the Club office. DO NOT approach or confront anyone, rather immediately inform the staff person on duty.
Never leave anything of value or anything that could be construed as valuable, visible through your vehicle windows when parking in the Club’s parking lot! If leaving valuables in your trunk do so before you arrive at the Club. Opportunists could be watching you! It is sad but true that under the cover of being alone in the locker rooms a locked locker can be opened in a matter of seconds. Use the locked storage in the downstairs hall for car keys, cell phones, wallets, and anything of value. DO NOT LOCK VALUABLES IN LOCKER ROOM LOCKERS!
T’AI CHI CHIH
Every Friday, 9 am
INTENTION, ATTENTION, PRACTICE
These are the keys to getting the most reward from any meditative practice, such as T’ai Chi Chih. First, setting your intention – what you intend to receive from your practice; second, keeping your attention, or awareness, on what is happening in your body, mind, and emotions during your practice; and third, maintaining a regular practice. To learn more about this, please visit our T’ai Chi Chih class on Friday mornings at 9 am, or call Nina at 510-525-6116. Learn to release stress and find inner peace. $10 per class or $30 per month.
Would you be interested in a Yoga class at the Club? If so, call the Club office and indicate your interest.
TWO-MINUTE SHOWERS!
Now more than ever we need your help in conserving water at the Club. TWO (2) MINUTE SHOWERS – this can be done by wetting down, turning off the water, lathering up, and then rinsing off. Your cooperation is appreciated! If any abuses are observed the management would like to know immediately!
GUEST PASSES:
Guest passes may now be purchased for 2021. $80 for twelve passes, with a maximum of 36 passes a year. Guest passes expire on December 31st each year.
MONTHLY DUES PAYMENT:
Please be aware that dues and other charges are due and payable by the 20th of each month. If payment is not received by the 20th a late fee will be added to your account.

Smoking is not permitted in either pool area.
The Hot Pool and surrounding area are for those over the age of 18; except between 3-6 pm when accompanied by an adult.
