Make sure you continue to use the locked storage in the downstairs hall — for car keys, cell phones, wallets, and anything else of value. DO NOT LOCK VALUABLES IN THE LOCKER ROOM LOCKERS!

T’ai Chi Chih
INTENTION, ATTENTION, PRACTICE
These are the keys to getting the most reward from any meditative practice, such as T’ai Chi Chih. First, setting your intention- what you intend to receive from your practice; second, keeping your attention, or awareness, on what is happening in your body, mind, and emotions during your practice.
$10 per class or $40 per month. To learn more about this, please visit our t’ai chi chih class on Friday mornings at 9 AM, or call Nina at 510-525- 6116.
Learn to release stress and find inner peace.
No Dogs on Club Property
A friendly reminder that Club rules state pets (animals) of any kind are not allowed on Club property. Your cooperation is expected.
Cell Phone Etiquette
Incessant cell phone talking inside the Club House has become a major problem for those seeking a peaceful and serene setting. As a result, we ask that if you need to make or receive a call you take it outside. Thank you for your cooperation.
Sauna Abuse
Drying clothing and towels in the sauna is prohibited! It is a fire danger as well as disrespectful and rude to members using the sauna. Please make sure you securely close the sauna door when entering and exiting. Your cooperation is crucial. Thank you!
